Marcia joined the team in 2008 and her key responsibilities within the Essentials team are to provide Executive Assistance support to the Director and other team members. With over 12 years experience in Human Resources, Human Resource Consulting, technical document writing and Executive PA support roles, Marcia is a valuable member of the team. Marcia prides herself on her ability to provide client documentation to the highest standard and holds in very high regard the Companies dedication and commitment to exceptional customer experiences.
Marcia’s ongoing client liaison and senior administrative support functions ensure that our work flow in line with client needs and client specific documentation is prepared efficiently and is written and prepared to the highest professional standard.
With a sound knowledge and background in human resources Marcia also offers Consultancy support to clients and is an integral support partner between our Queensland and Victorian operations.
Due to recent phenomenal growth within the Company, we were thrilled to welcome Jacinta O’Brien to the team in 2008. Bringing to the organisation both practical and theory based human resources systems knowledge, Jacinta’s past career successes have been working within the Recruitment Industry and most recently within the Workplace Training and Development sector.
A committed professional, her key strengths lie within her ability to build immediate rapport with clients and her unwavering commitment to achieving our client’s desired outcomes.
With a wealth of qualifications in Human Resource Management, Business Development and Communications Jacinta’s natural love of learning through her own commitment to professional development ensures clients receive the most up to date and practical industry knowledge possible.
Her passion for human resources culminates in a natural enthusiasm and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve results. Her assistance and support within the team has already made a significant positive impact for both new and existing clients.
We are thrilled to share that Jacinta will be heading up the Victoria division of Essentials 4 Business which commences operation in March 2009.
